Free beta
Annopane is currently offered free of charge as a beta. Errors and interruptions may occur; no specific availability is promised. Where possible, we will give reasonable advance notice of material restrictions or discontinuation.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content. Only upload and share content you are entitled to use. Unlawful, harmful or infringing content is prohibited. You are responsible for your content and sharing decisions; the provider's own statutory duties remain unaffected.
Sharing
Anyone who receives a share link or QR code may access the document depending on its settings. Check carefully who you share links with.
Backups
Please keep your own copies of important files. Locally stored data can be lost, for example when browser data is deleted.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under mandatory statutory provisions. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to damage typical and foreseeable when the contract was concluded. Essential contractual obligations are those necessary for proper performance of the contract and on whose fulfilment you may normally rely. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. These limitations also apply to our legal representatives and persons acting on our behalf. Statutory data protection claims, particularly under Article 82 GDPR, and mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
Rendering and content
Imported documents may be displayed differently from the original. User-uploaded content and external offers embedded in it do not originate from Annopane. The app does not replace professional review of reports or calculations; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Suspension and contact
Content or accounts may be suspended for violations. Send questions and notices to hello@annopane.com. German law applies unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
